This speedy back was noted for his spectacular individual performances during a fine career on some of Feehan's best teams ever. As a junior, he served as a perfect backfield complement to fellow Hall of Famer Peter Luongo. In his senior year, when Feehan went 8-1-1 and reigned over Southeastern Mass. Division II, Peter scored a school record 16 touchdowns, four times scoring more than once in a game. One of his finest moments occurred against St. Peter Marian when he returned a kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown. Against Coyle, Pete rolled up 179 yards and two touchdowns in 17 carries, winning the L.G. Balfour trophy in the process. He went on to play as a regular at Northeastern.
