As a junior, Ted Larkin took over as the Blue & White signal caller three games into the 1994 season and "showed the accuracy and poise of a veteran." The strong armed right hander displayed the confidence, determination and leadership to guide Attleboro's high octane offense. The athletic Larkin also saw time in the defensive backfield when he has not pinning opponents as the Bombardiers punter.

Ted finished his junior season completing over 66% of his passes for almost 800 yards and 12 touchdowns in just 6 games. In a 34-12 victory over Durfee, Larkin completed 11-18 attempts for 256 yards and two touchdowns. In an important clash with EAC foe Dartmouth, one week later, the accurate Larkin completed 11-14 passes for 199 yards and three touchdowns (15,37 & 18 yards) while leading the Bombardiers to a 36-0 victory. Larkin's efforts did not go unnoticed, head coach, Cliff Sherman said, "Larkin came in this year and did an outstanding job. An outstanding job!" Ted came back for his senior year with Hall of Famer Jason Baker in the AHS backfield, ready to continue Big Blues gridiron success during the 90's. Larkin had another stellar season throwing for more than 1,000 yards and 12 touchdowns in leading the Bombardiers to a share of the EAC title. Ted excelled in a hard fought loss to Bishop Feehan, running for one touchdown and throwing for 193 yards and two more touchdowns, one scoring strike was a 50 yard connection to Chad Bennett to close the deficit to one point with 6:16 left to play. While donning an AHS throw back uniform Larkin threw two touchdown passes while giving North all that they could handle during the 75th Annual Thanksgiving Game, which is considered "one of the most thrilling games to be played locally in the past quarter-century."

Ted was recognized for his outstanding play by being selected to the EAC, Sun Chronicle and Pawtucket Times All Star teams. Larkin continued his playing career at Bentley College, where he still holds passing records and is considered one of the best quarterbacks in the school's long storied history. Larkin is currently

employed at Wells Fargo in Braintree.
